This Fair Use Policy ("Policy") describes how All Web Forms ("we", "us") expects customers to use allwebforms.com (the "Service"). It supplements our Terms and Conditions and applies to all plans, including the Free plan. The Policy exists to keep the Service reliable, secure, and affordable for everyone.
1. Spirit of the policy
Our plans are designed for normal product usage by a single organisation or individual. We do not enforce hard caps on every action, but we reserve the right to intervene when usage is disproportionate, automated, abusive, or harms other customers.
2. Plan limits
- Free plan: up to 10 active forms per account and reasonable submission volumes for personal, hobby, or evaluation use.
- Pro and Pro Plus plans: higher form, submission, and feature limits as described on the Pricing page.
- Bursts: short usage spikes are expected. Sustained patterns that exceed plan intent may trigger a review.
3. Prohibited usage
You must not use the Service to:
- Send spam, phishing, scam, or unsolicited bulk communications.
- Collect data without the necessary legal basis or respondent consent.
- Distribute malware, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Resell, sub-licence, or white-label the Service without a written agreement.
- Run load tests, denial-of-service traffic, scraping, or aggressive automation.
- Share a single account across multiple unrelated organisations or end customers.
- Circumvent rate limits, anti-abuse systems, paywalls, or authentication controls.
4. Anti-abuse controls
We operate automated and manual abuse-prevention systems including rate limiting, bot detection, IP reputation checks, suspicious-activity alerts, and submission filtering. These controls may temporarily slow or reject traffic that looks abusive even if it originates from a legitimate account.
5. Enforcement
If we believe an account is violating this Policy we may, proportionate to the issue:
- Contact you with a request to adjust your usage.
- Throttle, rate limit, or temporarily disable specific forms or features.
- Require an upgrade to a higher plan.
- Suspend or terminate the account in serious or repeated cases.
For urgent security or legal risks we may act first and notify you afterwards, as permitted by our Terms and Conditions.
6. Reporting abuse
To report suspected abuse, spam, phishing, or other policy violations originating from a form hosted on the Service, email info@allwebforms.com with the form URL and any supporting details. We investigate every report.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
